Malcolm Subban - #70
Boston Bruins 2014-2015
Malcolm Subban would wear this sweater during his first NHL start vs. the St. Louis Blues on February 20, 2015.
Unfortunately for Subban, he would give up three quick goals in the second period and be replaced by Tuukka Rask.
Subban was put back between the pipes for the final six minutes of the game but did little for the Bruins, who would lose 5-1.
Subban was pulled 5:09 into the second period after allowing a slap shot by Blues center T.J. Oshie. He allowed three glove-side goals on three straight
shots in just over four minutes in the second period.
Subban only faced six shots in his 30 minutes in goal, ending the night with a measly save percentage of .500.
Subban would also wear this sweater and serve as the back-up for Rask for two games prior to his debut:
February 4th vs. New York Rangers
February 18th vs. Edmonton Oilers
