This is not a gameworn jersey. The actual jersey iteself mirrors the Sandow model used during the 1981-82 and 1982-83 seasons by the Boston Bruins. The Gerry Cosby tag is not seen on an actual Bruins gameworn jersey from those seasons.

The numbering and lettering mirror styles used during this time period. However, O'Reilly was not the team captain during the 1981-1983 time period as that was Wayne Cashman.

The jersey is smaller than what Terry would have worn and there is no nameplate as the name lettering is sewn directly onto the jersey.
